Privacy, in plain language
We collect only what is needed to run your account, remember completion, process payments, and provide optional feedback features.
What stays on your device
Written practice answers stay in this browser’s local storage. They are never uploaded to our database. Clearing browser data or deleting your account removes them from this device, and they will not appear on another device.
What we store with your account
We store your name and email, completed modules, optional ratings and reviews, optional module likes, and whether your account has learner or administrator access. Passwords are handled securely by our authentication service and are not visible to us.
Payments and receipts
Razorpay processes payment details. We store the amount, currency, payment status, dates, and Razorpay order and payment references so we can unlock the course, issue receipts, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and keep required accounting records. We do not store card or bank details.
Ratings and reviews
Ratings, comments, and the display name you enter are optional. Published reviews can be seen by visitors. Leaving the name blank displays “A learner.” Your email is never displayed with a review.
Who can see it
Your account information and progress are restricted to you and authorised administrators who support enrolment and payments. Payment processors receive the information needed to complete a transaction.
Your choices
You can download a copy of your information or permanently delete your account from Account & privacy. Account deletion removes your profile, progress, likes, reviews, and access role. Financial transaction records are retained without a direct account link where required for accounting and disputes.
